To my darling grandson --
Happy 100 day old Birthday !! It's so hard for me to realize that 100 days have passed since meeting you for the very first time. It was love at first site I can assure you. My how big you have grown in just a little over three months time !! And how much you have experienced to date !!
It won't be long before you'll be sitting up and eating cereal and toddlering around the apartment and saying your first words and being read books and singing "The Wheels on the Bus Go ROund and Round" and playing with others children and all those fun things we did with your mommy when she was just a little grasshopper like you are today. How fast the years have flown by. How wonderful life is whether you're 100 days or 100 years old !! With that first breath of air your little lungs breathed on their own back on January 1, 2008 you were on your way. And the journey has just begun. What wonderful, exciting and fun things are in store for you my little grandson. I can't wait to tell you about some of them when I see you again.
